Illusionary Illumination

This microcosmic dreamscape is a macro photograph of light reflecting off a rain drenched metal bench-top at a cafe near my home. I'm always amazed at the alien-like worlds that can be found and explored at the macro level. There is something about them that illuminates my imagination and instantly transports me right into the heart of it as if I myself am a tiny creature and that is my native world.
