Built between 1906 and 1908 as the starting station of the Istanbul - Baghdad Railway line and put into service in 1908, the use of Haydarpaşa It was completed in 1873. Haydarpaşa, built by two German architects, is called a neo-classical building. In 2010, as a result of a sudden fire, most of the roof of Haydarpaşa Station was burnt and renovation works are continuing.
