Julio Sahagún Sánchez

I was born and raised in Irapuato, Guanajuato, México. At the age of 16 I moved to Guadalajara and at 21 I started my journey as a global explorer. My art vein began with my uncle the painter Luis Sahagún from Sahuayo, Michoacán. A self-taught designer, I found my true passion in sculpture under Dr. Gabriela López Portillo Isunza's guidance at the University of Guanajuato where I got the bacherlo's degree in Fine Arts. Co-founder of Espacio Mutante in 2015, I embrace anonymous collective art. Today, I aspire to a life path in art. I've had exhibited in a lot of collective shows and 6 solo with a mission to serve culture and society.
