Shane Gilreath

My name is Shane Gilreath. I was raised on the Hawaiian island of Maui where I absorbed the sights and sounds of cultural diversity and inclusion, and learned the skill of practicing aloha. My ohana and I presently reside in California and Hawaii. I've been writing haiku for over 40 years and was first published in the Maui News at the age of 9. My haiku, senyru, and haiga have been published in various journals and publications, including the coveted Mainichi Daily News.
